4.2.1. Ice Fees Open
Freestyle Pass
Open Freestyle Pass entitles you to use up to 40 x 60 (50) Minutes of OFS
times per month. We will schedule up to 40 x 60(50) each month,
however we cannot credit to you any amount for not participating on
all sessions. OFS Card is valid for one month only,
minutes are non-transferable for next month, payable in full prior
to begin of the first practice session of month. All skaters with
Open Freestyle Pass must submit monthly training itinerary.
Eligible for Open Freestyle Pass are only skaters enrolled in 6.0
FSC International School of Skating program with minimum monthly
ice time usage of 1000 minutes, members of Exclusive Training,
skaters enrolled in other area club programs and/or commuting from
at least 40 miles to Greenheck Field House from their primary
residence.
General Rules for Open Freestyle Times:
All youth skaters must be currently enrolled in programs offered by Timberlines Figure Skating Club or 6.0 FSC International School of Skating, and must have a current release from their club stating that they are eligible for OFS and are buying a full package of current training program and ice times from the club. Limited number of out of area skaters and their coaches are welcome to use OFS, according rules provided in this document. Please check ice availability with us in advance on our web site www.skategold.com or call 715 680 0600 Music usage will be determined by rink monitor. Type of skating limited to harness time, 1-1 lessons, or small groups of up to 4 skaters per coach. Open to skaters and coaches who are members in good standing of US Figure Skating or are enrolled in training program of 6.0 FSC International School of Skating. Power sessions are not allowed on open freestyle. All participating coaches must register and be approved in advance with SkateGold LLC There will be no ice resurface between Open Freestyle and following non OFS session, unless it is determined to be necessary by Greenheck Field House management. This time will come out of the last 10 minutes of open freestyle. Anyone found to not be following these policies will lose the privilege of skating on OFS time. Coaches are welcome to skate on any sessions that they have skaters on All OFS time after 3:00 PM can be cancelled from Greenheck Field house at any time, without special notice, but will not be cancelled after Wednesday of the previous week
1. General: You must give a 24-hour notice to cancel your lesson or you will be charged. A substitute student may take your place to avoid a charge. If the training group is not filled because of cancellations made with proper notice, the remaining students will divide the hourly rate as described above. If a skater cancels or does not appear for semi-private lessons the remaining skater will be responsible for all ice and training costs at the hourly rate of SkateGold LLC. 1.1. Statements/Bills: You will receive a statement on Mondays for the previous week’s private and individual lessons. Regular training groups will be billed according individual contractual agreements and/or enrollment applications completed prior to the start of spring, summer, fall or winter training quarter sessions. 1.1.1. Individual Lessons: All coaching fees and Ice fees associated with Individual Lessons must be paid 24 hours prior to begin of the each particular individual lesson. Customers failed to pay in advance coaching and ice fees associated with individual lessons will loose the right to participate on particular individual lesson and Lesson may be resold to other skater willing to participate. Excluded are from these rule only skaters participating in BRIDGE, STARTER, BRONZE, SILVER & GOLD training plans however 24-hour cancellation notice must be given or associated ice fees will be charged. These Rules are implemented only towards individual lessons, the private group lessons will be charged as always according regular billing cycle. 1.1.2. Bills: must be paid by the Friday following the receipt of the statement. Payment may be made by Check or Cash. Checks may be mailed and must be received by the due date. If your bill is delinquent the lessons will be immediately suspended and you will be charged interest $10.00 late fee per each day. Bills for the regular training groups must be paid in a timely basis according contractual agreement and enrollment application completed prior to the start of spring, summer, fall or winter training quarter seasons. 1.1.3. Ice fees: SkateGold LLC/6.0 FSC International School of Skating is contracting ice facilities in advance. Due this fact, ice fees are not refundable. 1.2. On the Ice: You are responsible to be on the ice with your coach at the start of your lesson. Coaches do not watch the clock and are not responsible to find the skaters for their lessons. 1.2.1. Registrations: All registrations or sign ups for training sessions must be submitted and completed by the due date indicated on the agreements or enrollment applications. If the application is not submitted by the due date training will be suspended until the registration information has been submitted. A late fee of $30.00 will be charged for delinquent registrations. 1.2.2. Parents: are not permitted to stand or converse with skaters during lessons. This distracts the skaters and coaches and creates a safety hazard. 1.2.3. Being late: Skaters are not permitted to be late to training sessions. Students missing 10% or more of the total training time will be suspended from training. Make-ups or refunds for suspended training times are not permitted. Consideration may be given to make-up lessons for legitimate reasons for being late. 1.2.4. Making up Training: We believe strong skaters must participate in all scheduled training sessions. Rules of making up your lessons are as follows: a) Make-ups are possible only during same quarter sessions*, i.e. if you missed your lesson in fall it is not possible to make it up in the winter session. (* if such sessions are generally offered) b) In order to make up missed training sessions you have to provide legitimate reason for the absence. Make -ups will be allowed according regular training schedule. If you are allowed to make up your training sessions during additional ice time occasionally offered after registration is completed there are no refunds for price difference. c) A complete list of missed training sessions and complete list of training sessions you want to use for make-ups must be submitted in writing to SkateGold LLC prior to training used for make-ups. Information must be in writing and submitted by regular mail, email or in person. Please keep a copy for your records. SkateGold LLC will approve make-up sessions with signature or will reply per phone or email. 5.3. Final Thoughts: SkateGold LLC reserves the right to schedule students the way it see fit, including scheduling training groups and changing current training programs. Assignment of coaches is solely at the discretion of SkateGold LLC. SkateGold LLC reserves the right to make any coaching substitutions deemed necessary. 5.4. You accept full responsibility for insurance coverage for your child and will not hold SkateGold LLC, its members, employees, professionals, coaches, and agents of SkateGold LLC responsible or liable for any possible injuries incurred during on ice or off ice training.
